"I am very fortunate to have had physiotherapy with my physio from Next Steps physiotherapy for the past year, her day job is working with stroke patients. The progress particularly with the leg has been considerable. Manipulation with the arm and hand helps the stiffness. I am now walking with a quad pod (mobility aid), we have built up to this over a period of time. To provide extra physical support walking with the quad pod, I now have a rehab assistant with one session a week again very experienced."
