Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a degenerative disease affecting the central nervous system. In Multiple Sclerosis the body attacks the covering of the nerves that transmit messages from the brain to the muscles. This stops the information getting to the muscles in the correct way and can lead to many different symptoms.
